POLICY & ADVOCACY
From Regulation to Investment
We advise national and local governments on codifying data centre policy, shaping tax and tariff incentives, defining zoning and permitting frameworks, and influencing laws on data localisation and cross-border data transfer. Our regulatory work lays the foundation for foreign direct investment and long-term competitiveness in the digital economy. We secure grid pathways at scale by working with ministries, regulators and utilities on capacity allocations, interconnection and transmission, and long-term power purchase agreements. We navigate single-buyer and open-access markets, private-wire opportunities and wheeling arrangements across Asia to deliver bankable permissions and reliable power for multigigawatt campuses. The result is a fully enabled market environment where large-scale digital infrastructure can be delivered with confidence.
Market Positioning
From Concept to Commitment
We guide developers and family offices with large estate portfolios through master planning to transform raw property into operator ready digital infrastructure. It is the pivotal step from land banks and industrial parks to active participation in the fourth industrial revolution. We begin with a ANSI/TIA-942-C site assessment to capture requirements and constraints, producing a red-flag risk report and the basis of design. From there we develop a master plan that harmonises power with land, right sizing capacity, footprint and phasing, and securing additional allocations where needed. Plans align with local zoning and height restrictions so specifications meet ANSI/TIA-942-C expectations and operator preferences. The result is an investment-grade letter of intent that de-risks development and sets the stage for a jointly developed concept design.
Engineering & Delivery
From Dirt to Data Hall
We design and deliver ANSI/TIA-942-C compliant data centres, from urban colocation sites to large scale AI campuses and townships with multigigawatt capacity. Our expertise spans design, power and construction across Asia Pacific, including Japan, India, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. Cooling solutions include standard hyperscale fan wall and, for dense AI deployments, direct to chip and immersion. Telecommunications is engineered for carrier diversity with fibre route quadversity and resilient distribution to data halls. We coordinate grid interconnect, substation works and energisation, and manage FAT, SAT, commissioning and operational handover. The result is resilient, efficient facilities that scale to meet the demands of modern AI workloads.
Transaction Advisory
From Entry to Exit
We structure and execute market entry transactions for international operators and end users, matching them with local partners from land developers to logistics groups. Joint ventures range from shared equity single entities to landlord type models delivering permitted, powered core and shell on a triple net lease basis. We arrange capital raising for core and shell delivery or equity participation through institutional, strategic and private sources. We also perform technical due diligence on existing assets for acquisition, carve out or disposal, including engineering audits, ANSI/TIA 942 C compliance review, and service level agreement analysis to identify outage risks or hidden costs. The result is a bankable, technically robust transaction positioned for long term operational and financial performance.
Leadership
Joshua Robinson
Mr. Robinson is a data center strategist and investment advisor with over 25 years of global experience. He has led the design, engineering, and commercialization of more than two gigawatts of digital infrastructure across Asia. From cross-border policy formation to multi-billion dollar investment pipelines, Joshua blends capital markets fluency with deep technical execution. Equally at home in the boardroom with investors and government leaders or in the dirt with EPC contractors, he brings a rare end-to-end perspective across the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center projects. He has advised on and delivered digital infrastructure programs in Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, and Japan. As one of the early champions of the hyperscale data center township model in Asia, Joshua helped evolve the concept from isolated deployments to national scale infrastructure strategies. He has since brought this model to clients with significant land banks, working alongside governments to secure multi-gigawatt power allocations, shape regulatory frameworks, and position infrastructure to attract investment, drive economic growth, and help developing economies enter the fourth industrial revolution.Earlier in his career, Joshua helped launch a private equity backed digital infrastructure platform based in Singapore, supporting its initial capital raise and regional go-to-market strategy. He also served as a Director in EY’s Private Equity group before founding Q Digital, which he now leads with a focus on discreet execution and long-term impact.
